Amol, Ranjan lift doubles title

Amol Roy and Ranjan Ram bagged the men's doubles crown of the Popular Pharmaceuticals Victory Day tennis tournament defeating Dipu Lal and Alamgir Hossain in straight sets yesterday.
The Amol-Ranjan pair won the one-sided final 6-4, 6-1 at the Ramna National Tennis Complex.
Rustam Ali clinched the boys' (under-20) title with a hard-fought 6-3, 5-7, 6-3 victory against Jamil Bhuiyan in the final also yesterday.
