Army clinch v'ball title

Bangladesh Army clinched the Pepsi Victory Day volleyball tournament by defeating Bangladesh Navy in straight sets in the final at the Volleyball Stadium yesterday.
Army won 25-18, 25-23 and 25-20 in the six-team meet. The other teams were BDR, Bangladesh Air Force, Police and Fire Services.
Trustee of Liberation War Museum Akku Chowdhury distributed prizes among the winners.
Bangladesh Volleyball Federation president Golam Kuddus Chowdhury was also present on the occasion.
