'Form left unity '

Communist Party of Bangladesh (CPB) leaders at a meeting of the election coordination committee of the party yesterday said the path to go to power could be established by allying with war criminals and autocrats but that will not resolve the fundamental problems of the people.
They urged the left leaning political parties to form greater unity among them to resolve the problems of the people, says a press release.
They said two large parties in the country are allying with war criminals and autocrats to grab power.
CPB General Secretary Muzahidul Islam Selim, Mahbub Alam, Morshed Ali and Monjurul Ahsan Khan spoke in the meeting held at head office of the party in the city.
