BSF's shooting spree

We are again shocked at the killing of three Bangladeshi civilians by BSF, including a woman and a child at the Tentulia border recently.
I don't know how India will behave with its small neighbours if it gets permanent membership in the UNSC !! We want friendship with India, and New Delhi should reciprocate.
