Finance Adviser AB Mirza Azizul Islam leaves Dhaka today for Accra in Ghana to attend the third high-level international meeting on aid effectiveness.
Aziz will lead a three-member Bangladesh delegation at the three-day meeting beginning on Tuesday, said a finance ministry official.
The adviser will also lead another 39-member delegation to “UK-
Bangladesh Climate Change Conference: Bangladesh Facing the
Challenge” scheduled to be held in London on September 5-11.
The adviser is scheduled to return home on September 13.
The chief adviser's Special Assistant for Environment and Forest Devasish Roy will also attend the London conference as a member of the delegation.
