A 16-member Dhaka XI squad, led by Imtiaz Ahmed Nakib, fly off to United Kingdom today.
The team, made up of former players, will play an exhibition match each against London Tigers and Sonali Otit Club of London at the Kingsbury Stadium in London on August 20 and 21 respectively.

DIV 3 FOOTBALL
Jurain Janata Club take on Euro Famous Club in the opening match of the Third Division Football League at the Bir Srestha Shaheed Sepoy Mohammad Mustafa Stadium in Kamalapur today.
Played under the Dhaka Metropolis Football League Committee, twenty-two teams, split into two groups, will take part in the competition. Five teams from each group will qualify for the Super League from where the top four will be promoted to the second division.
Outer Stadium, near the RAJUK building, will be the other venue for the league matches.
DIVISIONAL KARATE
The second Samsung Divisional Karate competition begin today at the National Sports Council gymnasium.
Karate Federation president and Home Secretary Abdul Karim will distribute the prizes as the chief guest during the daylong meet, sponsored by Electra International Ltd.
SERVICES KABADDI
Bangladesh Army, Rifles and Bangladesh Air Force won their respective matches in the Services Kabaddi League at the Shaheed Sohrawardy Indoor Stadium in Mirpur yesterday.
BAF outplayed Prisons Directorate 56-14 with five creditable lonas, Rifles defeated Fire Services 45-15 with four lonas while Army beat Police 32-20 with three lonas.
ACTIVE CHESS
Mohammad Ali clinched the weekly active chess competition at the federation conference room yesterday.
He earned the title after scoring 5.5 points in six rounds of matches in the competition. FIDE Master Aminul Islam was in second position with 5 points.
Mohammad Javed, who won the event last week, shared third place with four others having scored 4.5 points.
