Licences of 2 recruiting, 14 travel agencies cancelled
The government cancelled licenses of 14 travel agencies and two recruiting agencies on charges of violating government rules, mismanagement and irregularities and for not renewing their licences timely.
Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism cancelled the licences of 14 travel agencies while Ministry of Expatriates' Welfare and Overseas Employment Cancelled the licences of two recruiting agencies, said an official release yesterday.
The agencies are M/s The Bangladesh Development Associates, M/s Shikha Trade International, M/s Balaka Travels and Tours, M/s Al Faisal Travels and Tours, M/s Bismillah Air International, M/s Anindya Travels, M/s Ankhi Air Services, M/s Blue Mountain Travels, M/s Al Yusuf Travels, M/s Bengal ABN Travels Ltd, M/s Aeronaut Air International, M/s Al Mostafa Travels, M/s Bengal Samagra Ltd, M/s Al Rawja Overseas, M/s Al Faruk Aviation Tours and Travels and M/s BS Tours and Travels.
