Night guard murdered

An elderly night guard was chopped to death at a market in Bogra town on Saturday night.
The victim was identified as Mofiz, 60, a night guard of Churipatti market.
Police said Abdus Salam of Atpara area killed the night guard when he refused to carry out his order to bring cold drinking water for him leaving the market unsecured.
