BSF abducts 2 farmers

Indian Border Security Force (BSF) abducted two Bangladeshi farmers from near Chapasher border under Haripur upazila in Thakurgaon yesterday morning.
The victims are Royel, 32, and Mosharul, 28, of Bhaturia village under Haripur upazila.
BSF members of Moheshgaon Camp entered into Bangladeshi territory and picked up Royel and Mosharul at gunpoint when they went to their paddy field for cutting paddy at about 4:30am, BDR said.
BDR sent a protest letter to BSF and asked its Indian counterpart to release the two Bangladeshi farmers.
