Baishakhi exhibition at Nitya Upahar

On the occasion of the Bangla New Year, Nitya Upahar and Nitya Upahar Shankhabar have arranged an exhibition titled Notun Hoye Ashbo Boley at the Nitya Upahar Gallery at Aziz Supermarket. The exhibition began on April 6 and will continue till the end of this month.
The exhibition displays attires featuring motifs by artists Qayyum Chowdhury, Hashem Khan, Chandrashekhar Saha, Dhrubo Esh, Sabyasachi Hazra, Anisuzzaman Sohel and Bahar Rahman. The collection includes saree, kameez, fatua,T- shirts and outfits for the kids. All the clothes are done in screen print in vibrant colours. Special attractions at the exhibition are handloom sarees from Tangail, cotton clothes from Narsingdi and khadi fatuas from Chandina.
The exhibition is open everyday from 10 am to 8 pm.
