The certificate award ceremony of Command Post Exercise (CPX) of Exercise Shanti Doot-2 was held at Hotel Radisson in the city yesterday.
Chief of Naval Staff Vice Admiral Sarwar Jahan Nizam gave away certificates to the participating officers as the chief guest.
The 12-day exercise, aimed at improving the multilateral readiness and cooperation in UN Force Headquarters environment and improving capabilities in peace support operations, began at Hotel Radisson on April 1.
Over 100 personnel from 17 countries participated in the CPX portion of Exercise Shanti Doot-2 and 22 distinguished visitors from 11 countries witnessed the exercise.
Brigadier General Mohammad Mahboob Haider Khan, Exercise Force Commander and high civil and military officials were present on the occasion.
