ECS Computer City opens Sept 11

ECS Computer City, one of the largest information technology (IT) based market, will be inaugurated at Multiplan Centre at Elephant Road in the city on September 11.
An annual computer fair will also begin on the same day. Science, Information and Communication Technology Adviser Tapan Chowdhury will inaugurate the ECS (Elephant Road Computer Samity) Computer City and the computer fair at 5:00pm on September 11.
At a press conference at Multiplan Centre yesterday, leaders of the fair committee said around 450 technology-based shops have already been set up from fourth to ninth floor of the Centre.
Fair Committee Convener Engineer Subrata Sarkar said people will get many additional facilities at the computer market that has been adorned with modern equipment.
