Bangladesh Online declares 20pc stock dividend

Bangladesh Online Ltd has declared a 20 percent stock dividend for its shareholders for the year 2006.
The dividend was announced at the 10th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company held on Thursday in Dhaka, says a press release.
Director of the company OK Chowdhury presided over the AGM, which was attended, among others, by Director Md Asad Ullah and Chief Operating Officer Syed Samiul Wadood.
