2 Rajshahi BNP leaders arrested

Joint forces arrested two BNP leaders, including a relative of former post and telecommunications minister Barrister Aminul Haque, at Godagari in Rajshahi in the early hours of yesterday.
Rafikul Islam, an uncle of Aminul and Godagari municipal BNP president and Ishaque Ali, convener of upazila BNP, were arrested from their respective residences at Bhagabatpur and Mohisalbari areas at around 12.30am.
The first magistrate court of Rajshahi district sent them to jail after police produced them before the court.
