Flame of Desire for Justice Spreads on

Massive demonstration demanding capital punishment to Jamaat-e-Islami leader Abdul Quader Mollah and other criminals, who committed crimes against humanity during the Liberation War in 1971, continued across the country for the seventh day yesterday. Photos show, 1) students of Rajshahi University chant slogans against the war criminals, 2) artistes sing patriotic songs on Muktijuddho Mancha on the Lok Bhaban premises in Dinajpur town, 3) a sit-in programme on the premises of Munshiganj Central Shaheed Minar, 4) locals form a human chain in front of Kalapara Press Club in Patuakhali, and 5) agitating youths set fire to a billboard and some posters of Retina Coaching Centre run by Jamaat-Shibir in Bagerhat town.Photo: STAR
