Four robbers arrested

Police arrested four suspected robbers along with lethal weapons in Jorgacha area of Gabtoli upazila on Wednesday night. The arrestees are Raki, 16, Shafique, 17, Mahmud Mollah, 18, and Alam, 17, of Naruli in the district town. Ali Ahmed Hasmi, officer in-charge of Gabtoli Police Station, said on secret information, they raided the area and arrested the four while they were taking preparation to commit robbery there at around 11:00pm. The following day, a case was filed in this connection, said the OC.
