Body of abducted youth recovered

Police yesterday morning recovered the body of a youth, Helal Gazi, who was abducted by a gang of criminals on Monday, from a wetland of Alka village in Phultala upazila of the district.
A man identified as Razu was arrested yesterday in this connection.
Helal Gazi, 28, son of Mokles Gazi, was a resident of Kanchpur village in the upazila.
Police and locals said Helal, a small trader, was going to his relative's house at Dumuria upazila riding a motorbike around 11:00am on Monday.
On the way, a gang of armed miscreants wearing masks abducted Helal.
