4 found dead in Ctg
Four people were found dead at different places in Chittagong yesterday.
In the port city, two roommates were found dead in their rented room in Reazuddin Bazar area.
The dead are Md Hiru, 22, son of Abdur Rahman of Patiya upazila, and Md Arman, 24, son of Idris Mia of Lohagara upazila. Hiru worked at Azims cloth store, while Arman at Khadims' cloth store.
Md Rubel, another roommate of the dead, found that the duo was dead when he entered the room around 12:30pm. He last talked to Arman in the bazar area around 11:00am, said Rubel.
Rubel then informed others of the dead and rushed the two to Chittagong Medical College Hospital where doctors declared them dead.
No injury mark was visible on the bodies, said Kotwali police sources, adding that the reason behind the deaths was still unknown.
In another incident, an unidentified man was found dead in a jute sack beside Bhatiari-Hathazari link road in Sitakunda upazila of Chittagong early yesterday.
On information, Sitakunda police recovered the body bearing a blunt injury in the head and sent it to Chittagong Medical College Hospital (CMCH) morgue for autopsy.
A case was filed in this connection with Sitakunda Police Station.
Meanwhile, another unidentified man aged around 30 was found dead in a dry fish shop in Asadganj area.
Kotwali police recovered the body from the shop around 8:00am. The shop was shut down on Thursday night. Yesterday morning the owner found the lock was broken and found the body inside.
The body was sent to the CMCH morgue for autopsy
