The men's singles semifinal lineup of the Runner Victory Day Open Tennis Tournament was completed yesterday with Amol Roy, Anwar Hossain, Alamgir Hossain and Delwar Hossain moving to the last four at the National Tennis Complex in Ramna yesterday.
Amol beat Arif Hossain, Anwar beat Munir Hossain, Alamgir beat Ranjan Ram and Delwar beat Hanif Munna.
The semifinal lineups of the men's doubles and women's doubles were also completed. The Amol Roy-Ranjan Ram pair, Kanchan Ram-Munir Hossain pair, Alamgir Hossain-Delwar Hossain pair and Dipu Lal-Anwar Hossain pair moved into the men's doubles semifinal beating their respective rivals.
The Sharmin Alam Sarda-Kibria Ayeda Jaman pair, Priti-Laxman pair, Moumitu Jannat-Jhilik Chakma pair and Ishita Afroz-Ayesha Sultana pair defeated their respective rivals to confirm the semifinal berths in the women's doubles.
