Anti-communal confce now on December 23

An anti-communal national conference, which was scheduled to be held on Thursday, will be held now on December 23 at Mahanagar Natyamancha in Gulistan of the capital.
Fifteen eminent dignitaries -- Prof Salahuddin Ahmed, Prof Sardar Fazlul Karim, Prof Mustafa Nurul Islam, Prof Zillur Rahman Siddiqui, Prof Serajul Islam Chowdhury, Syed Shamsul Haq, Prof Borhanuddin Khan Jahangir, Qaium Chowdhury, Dr Hamida Hossain, Prof Anisuzzaman, Prof Muhammad Zafar Iqbal, writer Selina Hossain, Sultana Kamal, Kamal Lohani and Ramendu Majumder -- have convened the conference.
Leaders of different political, socio-cultural, and student organisations will take part in the daylong event.
