Hamsik doubt for Napoli

Influential Napoli midfielder Marek Hamsik remains a doubt for the visit to Inter Milan on Sunday due to flu-like symptoms, the Serie A side said.
Hamsik, who has scored seven goals in 15 games, and provided numerous assists to top scorer Edinson Cavani (10 goals), skipped training on Friday.
Napoli are hoping the Slovakian recovers over Saturday and into Sunday for a match which they must win if they are to remain only two points behind leaders and champions Juventus.
