Al-Amin confesses using his motorbike
Al-Amin, an accused in Parag Mondol abduction case, confessed before a judicial magistrate that he was driving the motorbike used to abduct Parag.
Senior Judicial Magistrate Taibul Hasan recorded Amin's statement and later ordered to send him to jail.
The court also sent three others accused -- Rijvi Ahmed Anik, Abul Kashem and Alfaz Hossain-- to jail after they were produced before it on completion of their 10-day remand.
In his confessional statement, Amin told the magistrate that he was involved in the abduction of the minor boy.
Jubo League leader Aminul Haque Molla, another accused, was being interrogated in police custody while three others had confessed their involvement in the abduction.
Amir Hossain, mastermind behind the abduction, was arrested from Tongi area on Saturday after a 'shootout' with police. He is now under treatment at Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
With Amir's arrest, the number of people detained in connection with the abduction stands at 11.
On November 11, armed criminals abducted Parag near his house in Keraniganj and shot his mother, sister and their driver in the process.
