Jubo Dal leader attacked

A local leader of Jatiyatabadi Jubo Dal was injured in an attack by rival groups at New Khairtala in Jessore town on Monday evening.
The injured, Badiuzzaman Dhani, town unit general secretary of the opposition BNP's youth front, was admitted to Jessore Medical College Hospital.
Local sources said, Dhani, a resident of Shankarpur Chopdarpara in the town, along with another was going to attend a party's programme by a motorbike.
They were waylaid and attacked by a gang, leaving him injured.
The man, who accompanied him, however managed to escape.
District Jubo Dal president Ehsanul Haque Munna said that they have expelled Ruhul Amin Madhu, a local Jubo Dal leader, in connection with the attack on Dhani.
