Hay Festival

As part of the Hay Festival, Nagarik Natyasampraday staged a short play based on Shakespeare's “Hamlet” at the newly built auditorium at Bangla Academy, on November 17. Presented by Aly Zaker and directed by Sara Zaker, the adaptation saw a traditional Bangladeshi makeover of the classic play. Young members of the troupe performed in the play. Photo: Jamil Mahmud
