Youth dies as train hits him

An unidentified youth was killed as a train ran him over on Ramna-Parbatipur route in Jatinerhat area of Kurigram sadar upazila on Wednesday noon.
Police sources said the youth, aged around 22, was killed by when a Kurigram-bound train from Ramna Railway Station of Chilmari upazila crushed him.
Police rescued the body from the spot yesterday noon.
Kurigram Sadar Police Station Officer-in-Charge Md Moynul Islam, quoting the local people, said the youth was an abnormal one.
