Earthquake jolts Sylhet region

A light earthquake measuring 4.3 on the Richter scale jolted Sylhet region yesterday.
The earthquake was felt at 12:36pm in Sylhet. The epicentre of the quake was along Indo-Bangla border, about 185km north-east from Dhaka, said regional Met Office and Seismic Observatory Centre sources.
There was no immediate report of damage or casualties.
