SI suspended for abusing female cop

A Detective Branch (DB) sub-inspector (SI) of the district police was suspended on Monday night on charge of abusing a female constable.
The suspended SI is M Shafikur Rahman Mridha.
The constable filed the complaint to the DIG of Rajshahi Range Police on the day, said Superintendent of Police (SP) SM Rokon Uddin.
In her complaint, she alleged that Mridha gave her 'filthy' proposal while she was working at the office on Monday morning. Later, he abused her as she denied his proposal.
