Two workers die in fall

Two construction workers yesterday died after falling from the sixth floor of a nine-storey under-construction building at Basundhara residential area at Badda in the city.
The deceased were Mohammad Rasul, 20, and Mohsin Mollah, 25, both hailed from Razoir upazila of Madaripur.
The duo was working at the building construction site of Basic Builders Limited for last couple of days.
Sub-Inspector Humayan Kabir of Badda Police Station said the two workers, hanging by ropes, were colouring the exterior wall of the building around 3:30pm when the rope separated causing the accident.
