Dasara Palli Mangal Samity (DPMS) beat Nizam Samsul Smriti Sangsad (NSSS) by seven wickets in the opening game of the Gold Cup cricket tournament here at the Shaheed Miraz-Tapan Stadium yesterday.
Batting first, NSSS were bowled out for 121 runs in 26.1 overs. Tuel struck 43 while Saddam contributed 22. Sakib of DPMS took three wickets and two wickets also came through Shahin and Liton.
In their reply, DPMS reached their target in 16 overs, losing three wickets. Sakib top-scored with 57.
