Inter-club shooting at Rajshahi

The Eastern Housing 14th Inter-club Shooting Championships begin today at the local Police Lines Shooting Range.
Former adviser of the Caretaker Government Abdul Muyeed Chowdhury, also a former president of National Shooting Federation (NSF), will inaugurate the three-day meet organised by the Rajshahi Rifles Club under supervision of the federation.
Leading shooters from 45 clubs are taking part in the meet.
NSF president and GOC of 9th Infantry Division Maj Gen Mohammad Ashabuddin will be the chief guest at the closing function at the Rajshahi Shilpakala Academy on Saturday. Chairman of Eastern Housing Ltd Manjurul Islam will be present as special guest.
