Rakib, Rajib win again
Bangladeshi Grandmaster Abdullah Al Rakib and International Master Enamul Hossain Rajib maintained their winning run in the International Chess Festival of Moscow Open to share the lead with 34 players after two rounds.
Rakib defeated Bayarsaihan Gundavaa of Mongolia while Rajib defeated IM Mikhail Krylov of Russia in Sunday's second round in the Russian capital to collect two points each.
The other Bangladeshi player, FIDE Master Sheikh Nasir Ahmed lost to Russian Vasili Zhadanov in the second round.
