12 get Noble Teachers Award

Ethics Club Bangladesh (ECB), a social organisation, has given "Noble Teachers Award" to 12 persons at a function in the city.
The noble teachers include Prof Anisuzzaman, Prof Serajul Islam Chowdhury, Prof Samarjit Roy Choudhury, Prof Dr Mamun Rashid Chowdhury, Prof Zillur Rahman Siddiqui, Prof Anu Muhammad, Prof Quazi Deen Mohammad and Prof Porag Kanti Dev.
Other noble teachers at secondary level are Md Akhteruzzaman, Sadiqul Hasan Choudhury, Sahana Zafrin Rozi and Kuhely Rani Roy.
The function was held at Dhaka University Nabab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhaban on Saturday.
Twenty students were also given best students award for their brilliant result.
Justice Muhammad Habibur Rahman attended the programme as chief guest. Prime Minister's International Affairs Adviser Dr Gowher Rizvi was present.
Ethics Club also observed the Ethics Day yesterday.
