2,660 porno CDs seized in Barisal city: Two held

Members of the Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) seized 2,660 porno CDs from the house of a college teacher and two video centres in the city early yesterday.
Two video shop owners were arrested but the college teacher managed to flee. The arrestees are Sajib Kumar Das and Zafar, owners of Sangeeta Video Centre and J Music CD centre.
Rab seized 65 porno CDs from Sangeeta Video Centre at Line Road and 25 CDs from J Music CD centre at Katpatty Road adjacent to Kotwali Police Station, Rab and police said.
Following interrogation, the two arrestees revealed that they used to collect the porno CDs from Musa Arif, a history teacher of Binoykathi College in Jhalakathi town.
Accordingly, the law enforcers raided Bhuiya Mansion owned by Prof Musa Arif in Amanatganj area of the city. The elite force seized 2,570 porno CDs, 24 DVD players and two computers from there. Musa Arif fled the house, sensing the presence of the law enforcers.
