Shelu Borua honoured

Shelu receives the crest from Dr. Mirza Azizul Islam.

Shelu Barua was awarded a crest of honour from Finance Alumni Association (FAA) University of Dhaka recently. Shelu Barua, a noted singer received Finance Alumni Award 2011 for his life time achievement and professional excellence in the arts.
Dr. Mirza Azizul Islam, former adviser to the caretaker government of Bangladesh handed over the crest of honour to Shelu Barua at a function of Finance Alumni celebration 2011 held at Dhaka University playground on December 24.
Professor Baqui Khalily president and Mr. Anwar Faruque, secretary of the Alumni Association were also present on the occasion.
