Tamim's knee okay
Nothing serious has been discovered regarding Bangladesh opener Tamim Iqbal's complaint about his knee following an MRI scan at a city hospital yesterday.
“A MRI was done on the right knee of the opener but nothing was found to be wrong except very minor damage. He has been advised to take three-four days rest,” informed BCB's physician Monirul Amin.
He also said that they were doing some other investigations because they don't want to take any risks ahead of the important home series against Pakistan, who will arrive in Dhaka on November 26 to play one T20 international, three ODIs and a two-match Test series against the Tigers.
The left-handed batsman complained of pain on his right knee and was sent to Dhaka on Monday.
