Sadak Club clinched the Chittagong Hill Tracts Development Board (CHTDB) First Division Football League title at the Rajbari Stadium in the hill town of Rangamati yesterday.
Needing only a point to lift the crown ahead of Win Star Club, who finished on equal 24 points on completion of their final League game on Friday, Sadak Club drew goalless with Shahid Shukkur Athletic Club in the last match of the League in front of a capacity crowd.
Bir Bahadur Ushoi Sing, chairman of CHTDB, gave the prizes among the winners as chief guest.
Nikhil Kumar Chakma, chairman of Rangamati Hill District Council, was also present on the concluding day of the League where 15 teams of the town took part.
