Unite under BNP: Oli

Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) President Col (retd) Oli Ahmed said LDP has allied itself with BNP led four-party alliance to protest corruption, extortion and save the country from domination of foreign forces.
He urged all nationalist forces to stand united under BNP and its alliance led by Begum Khaleda Zia to oust Awami League-led government from the power.
Oli was addressing as the chief guest the workers' conference organised by LDP Chittagong north unit to mark its 5th anniversary at Muslim Hall auditorium in the port city yesterday.
He said the government would be forced to hold election under a caretaker government.
LDP Presidium member Redwan Ahmed, Jamaat-e-Islami Chittagong city unit Amir Shamsul Islam, LDP Vice-President M Salim Ullah, its Joint Secretary Shahadat Hossain Selim, Chittagong city unit President Wahed Asgar Chowdhury, and Chittagong south district President Advocate Kafil Uddin Chowdhury also spoke at the programme.
LDP Chittagong north district President Md Nurul Alam presided over the meeting.
