Gaddafi's death and some questions

The fate of toppled Libiyan dictator has now been settled. The deaths of Osama bin Laden, Muammar Gaddafi, Anwar al Awlaki, Saddam Hossein and many more have raised questions: Were not they entitled to justice? American people along with noted international human rights organisations questioned the legality of these murders.
In the distant past, different secret service organisations carried out operations to kill the dissident leaders in a very covert manner. But these days, world powers are doing this in broad daylight, in the name of establishing democracy and other such hoaxes.
They even do not have minimum respect to the rule of law or democracy; they only have their vested interests. Every person, irrespective of his/her identity, must get justice, however notorious he/she may be. It is a disgrace to the whole human civilisation that we are devoid of the sense of justice.
We, being in the modern age, are acting in a primitive way. These forms of murders are bound to face dire consequences, because lack of justice anywhere is injustice everywhere.
