Book launch in Lalmonirhat

A book of poetry, titled “Nilabh Roudrer Mohona-e”, written by Ferdousi Rahman Beauty, was launched in Lalmonirhat. Civil Aviation and Tourism Minister GM Quader launched the book at a function held at Zila Parishad Auditorium on Tuesday.Litterateurs Abdul Majid Mandol and Golam Rahman were present at the event.
Thirty-seven moving poems were read out from the book.
The speakers at the function asserted that a reader of poetry can get valuable insights into life.
The poet, Ferdousi Rahman, summed up the book: “I have written all the poems at leisure. I was very careful in choosing each word, and I think all groups of readers would understand these poems.”
GM Quader said, “Literature reflects life. Everyone should study literature and take invaluable lessons from it.”
