'Justice Sobhan always stood by the oppressed’

Bangladesh Hindu Bouddha Christian Oikya Parishad organised a discussion yesterday to commemorate the death of Justice KM Sobhan, says a press release.
Parishad President Advocate Shiril Shikdar presided over the discussion which was addressed by Father RW Team, Shuddhananda Mohather, Prof Ajoy Ray, journalist Shahriar Kabir, Rozalin D Kosta, Qazi Adnan Sobhan, son of KM Sobhan, Chitta Ranjan Majumdar, Shabitri Bhattacharya, Subrata Chowdhury, Kajol Debnath, Advocate Porimal Guha, Advocate Satyendra Chandra Bhakta, Jayanta Kumar Dev, Subhash Singha Ray and Haripad Dutta.
Speakers at the discussion said Justice Sobhan had always stood on the side of the oppressed people.
His departed soul would rest in peace when a non-communal state would be established.
