Primary textbooks

Every year the primary students do not get textbooks in time. It is no secret that the primary education is very essential as it is the beginning stage of one's academic life. The government always plans to distribute textbooks to the students in time but doesn't quite succeed for unknown reasons.
A large chunk of children drops out from primary school every year. Moreover, the poor and illiterate parents do not realise the importance of education. They engage their children in different works to earn money to support their families.
A set of new books inspires children to go to school. The authorities concerned should look into the matter.
