Fake money making factory busted

Police busted a fake money making factory and seized a huge quantity of forged notes in South Keraniganj, outskirts of the city, yesterday.
A Kawser Hamid, 33, was arrested in this connection.
South Keraniganj police said they unearthed the den after raiding the house of one Haji Nur Alam at Bashundhara River View residential area around 2:00am.
Forged notes of Tk 1,000, Tk 500, and Tk 100 denominations, currency printing papers, fake monogram of Bangladesh Bank, one printer, one computer and inks of different colours were seized, police said.
Kawser, aided by one Selim, had been doing the crime under the leadership of their ringleader named Sumon.
