Woman dies at hospital: Husband held

A woman tortured allegedly by her husband succumbed to her injuries at a city hospital yesterday evening after three days' fight for life.
Family of the victim, Bipasha Dhor, 21, wife of Dipongkor Dhor of the city's Tantibazar, said Dipongkor tortured her three days back for dowry. Bipasha was admitted to National Medical College and Hospital.
Police detained accused Dipongkor following her death.
