26 tribal refugee families to be rehabilitated at Dighinala
Twenty-six tribal refugee families, who returned to the country from India 10 years ago, will be rehabilitated at Dighinala upazila of the hill district by January 10.
This was stated by Khagrachhari Hill District Council Chairman Monindra Lal Tripura while talking to local reporters at Jambagun yesterday.
He told the reporters that all the 26 families, who are now staying at three educational institutions, will be rehabilitated on government land.
Each family will be given all facilities including a tin-shed house with a kitchen, one tubewel, one sanitary latrine and three acres of land.
