Toshiba wins Indian orders

Toshiba Corp said Wednesday it won a major contract to supply steam turbines and generators to an Indian power company.
Toshiba, maker of electronic components for power plants, said it will supply two 660-megawatt steam turbines and generators to Essar Power Gujarat, a subsidiary of Essar Power.
Toshiba did not disclose financial details, but Kyodo News said the deal was estimated at $120 million.
