Mugger held after gunfight

Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested a bullet-hit mugger after a gunfight with his accomplices at Adabar in the city early yesterday.
On information, the law enforcers chased a gang of armed-thugs who gathered at Balur Math to commit mugging, said Rab-2 sources.
The sources added the muggers, during the chase, opened fire on Rab personnel who fired back on the criminals injuring Joni Razbangshi, 20, of Hazaribagh.
Rab recovered a shooter gun from Joni who was admitted to the city's orthopaedic hospital.
