Jute Spinners declares 20pc dividend

Jute Spinners Ltd, a jute yarn manufacturing industry in Khulna, has declared 20 percent dividend for its shareholders for 2009-10.
The declaration came at the company's annual general meeting at the Cirdap auditorium in Dhaka on Saturday, with its Director Muhammad Shams-ul Huda in the chair, according to a press release.
Directors Muhammad Shams-uz Zoha and AKM Shahjahan, Executive Director Faizur Rahman Chaudhury, Chief Financial Officer Toffazzal Hossain Bhuiyan, Company Secretary ATM Mostafa and a large number of shareholders were present at the AGM.
