Star-studded Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club and Mohammedan Sporting Club played out a 1-1 draw in a practice match ahead of the Bangladesh League at the Birshrestha Shaheed Mostafa Kamal Stadium in Kamalapur yesterday.
Defender Ariful Islam put Sheikh Jamal ahead early in the first half while Mohammedan's Rwandan player Ismail leveled the margin converting a penalty in the second half.
In another warm-up match, Sheikh Russel handed a 2-1 defeat to Brothers Union.
The fourth edition of the Bangladesh League will begin on December 27.
