Road crashes kill 4

Four people were killed and two others injured in road accidents in Thakurgaon and Sirajganj yesterday and on Sunday.
Our correspondent from Thakurgaon says: Two people including a minor girl were killed and two others injured in separate road accidents in Thakurgaon yesterday.
Sonali, 6, daughter of Sirazul Islam of Thakurgaon municipality, died on the spot after being hit by a police van at Muslimnagar village.
In Haripur upazila of the district, a three-wheeled passenger carrier hit three people killing Alabuddin, 40, of Jamun village of the upazila, on the spot and injuring two others.
The injured were taken to Haripur heath complex and then to Dinajpur Medical College Hospital.

Abu Hashem, 5, son of Abdus Sattar of Gapalpur village under Enayetpur police station, died on the spot after being run over by a trolley at Maloti Danga yesterday.
On Sunday night, Kalachan Mia, 35, of Gapalpur village, was killed when a CNG run auto-rickshaw hit him from behind on Sirajganj-Soydabad road in the district sadar.
