Opposition leader fouls Morales
Bolivian President Evo Morales was nursing an injured leg Monday after being hit hard by an opposition leader in a friendly football game over the weekend, the government announced.
Morales was on the receiving end of a hard foul from Daniel Gustavo Cartagena, leader of the opposition MSM party, and suffered blow to the right leg that will require "three or four days of rest."
"I passed the ball and, suddenly, I got hit, and not for the first time," Morales said after the match which ended 4-4 with Cartagena expelled.
